What can Cheshire East Parents and Carers Voice do for you?

We are involved in the following consultations:    

        CEPC Voice is represented on the Aiming High for Disabled Children Partnership Board. The purpose of this board’s is to ensure that all Directors of services are informed on issues that affect children and young people with additional needs in order for those services to be better able to deliver a service that meets the needs of all who use it.

CEPC Voice has representation on the Aiming High for Disabled Children development committee.

CEPC Voice had set up a SEN discussion group which meets regularly with the Director of Education to discuss Special Educational Needs Strategy

CEPC Voice has contributed to the new Children’s and Young Persons Plan

CEPC Voice is working with Cheshire East Children’s Centres in order to increase local capacity to identify local issues and meet new parents and carers and develop the expertise of staff working with children and young people with additional needs.

CEPC Voice also works closely with Cheshire Carers and the team from the Disabled Children’s Database.
